POLAR II - TRANSLUCENT CERAMIC BRACKETS

POLAR II, our newest aesthetic brackets line made of polycrystalline ceramic, is thought for those people demanding products with high aesthetic performances. Once it is placed, tooth color goes thru the bracket making it invisible and super-aesthetic.

POLAR II has a particular surface treatment and a very smooth slot surface with a design of the slot with rounded entry and exit areas that helps the friction reduction and strongly improves the sliding mechanicals.

POLAR II features:

• Built-in hook 
• 15° downdraft on tie wings for safe ligation and better patient comfort
• Improved retention with large undercuts that provides excellent bonding strength and decreases accidental removal

CLEAR II - TRANSLUCENT COMPOSITE BRACKETS

CLEAR II is a composite bracket with a superb traslucent color with high aesthetic performances.
CLEAR II features are:

• Increased comfort: rounded top and corners and its downdraft design ensures a better patient comfort.
• Lower friction: smooth rounded entry and exit of the slot gives a perfect sliding of the wire.
• Better flexibility: fits with our POLAR II brackets for mixing ceramic and composite brackets where indicated.
• Increased strength: hard but not brittle its hardness shore of 80, tensile strength of 70 N/mm2 and bending strength of 100 N/mm2 ensures high mechanical performances.
